The Housing Authority of the County of Santa Cruz (HACSC) wishes to provide advance notice of an upcoming temporary closure of the HACSC Project Based Voucher (PBV) Request for Proposals (RFP), effective August 1, 2024. The temporary closure is anticipated to be brief, and a new PBV RFP will subsequently be issued and advertised. The new PBV RFP will reflect updated strategic priorities and scoring criteria as approved by the HACSC Board of Commissioners.

Applications pursuant to the currently published HACSC PBV RFP may be submitted at any time through 5:00 p.m. on Wednesday, July 31, 2024.All proposals received by the July 31, 2024 deadline will be scored according to the currently published HACSC Project-Based Voucher Program Application Scoring Criteria.
