The Housing Authority of the County of Santa Cruz has been designated a High Performer for over 20 years, and has recently established a non-profit affordable housing division working on exciting new development plans and a resident services program. Santa Cruz County is situated at the northern tip of the picturesque Monterey Bay, with a population of almost 270,000 residents. It is ideally located 65 miles south of San Francisco, 35 miles north of Monterey, and 35 miles southwest of San Jose and Silicon Valley.
