While the Housing Authority of the County of Santa Cruz is responsible for ensuring that tenants and landlords comply with HUD program regulations, the Housing Authority does not have the power to enforce state or local laws, nor are we qualified to provide any legal advice. Instead, there are a variety of resources available in the community that can offer legal information, legal representation, mediation, and advocacy.
