New Horizons connects families to opportunities that support stability and growth. Through the Opportunity Factory, participants build job skills, prepare for interviews, and connect with employers. We also offer financial workshops, college scholarships, and fair housing trainings to help residents stay informed and move forward with confidence.

New Horizons supports older adults with opportunities to stay connected, engaged, and supported. We host senior resource fairs throughout the year across the county, connecting participants to services, programs, and community resources. Through Project: Silver Bells, we also prepare and deliver care packages to seniors, offering an added layer of connection and care.

New Horizons supports students with the tools they need to learn, grow, and succeed. Through the HOMEwork tutoring, students receive free academic support. We also help families prepare for the school year through Stuff the Bus, and offer Summer Enrichment Scholarships in partnership with County Parks to provide access to summer camps and learning experiences.
